Sermon Series for Grace Church Spokane

This is the sermon cover art I made for my church’s Christmas series. I wanted to express the supernatural, other-worldly aspect of Christ coming to earth while maintaining the due reverence of his birth. The crater represents the significance, his birth shaking the world but the solitude of the manger represents his humble and quiet coming in a stable. It’s a little syfy and it’s a little strange but so was the first Christmas.

“He makes me lie down in green pastures.” Taken from the Psalm 23: The Lord is Our Shepherd sermon series, January 2013.
